WFW: God will provide...

I have been clinging to Matthew 6 the past couple weeks! It is such an incredible comfort to know that God always provides for His children. I have been praying for our little boy that God is weaving together in Ethiopia. I have been praying this verse over him. I know that God loves him infinity more than the birds in the air. I know that God will provide for him through us. Therefore, I know that God will provide the funds for our adoption - even when it seems too huge for me! God has called us to this journey and he will provide. Not only are we, but our son is as well, more valuable than they...

Please pray for us and pray that GOd would provide the finances for us to bring our son home. If you feel led through prayer to help us please visit the right sidebar to see where we are with our fundraising and to make a donation. It all goes toward our adoption!

God Bless You Lauren and your little boy; Will keep you and your family in prayers that everyone will come home together soon!

What an Awesome (and who else can be Awesome, but Him) Father, we serve!!

The image of the birds just flying in the sunset; Such a reminder from our Father, He provides through even the hardest situation and we are never alone on this rocky world.

He's with us, in us, around us and watching for us. Amen!

Praying that your little boy can come home soon!

It is a reminder of how our Father in Heaven, must be eagerly awaiting for the reunion of His family.

Great verse. Every where I've been the verses are so very similar. Maybe God is trying to tell me something. I ask Him to give me something to hold on to and He has.

Praise God for you and your husband being open to taking a child through adoption. There are so many children that need moms and dads.
Blessings,
AliceE.

Praying! We have blessings from overseas in our extended family and friends as well. It's never easy getting it done but so worth it - for them and for you! :)

Loved the photo and verse too. So very encouraging! :)

Prayers for a safe and quick trip home for your baby boy!

I have a friend who adopted from Ethopia --they got their baby girl gift in Sept --she was 7 mos old! She has adjusted amazingly well and its amazing how all the pieces of the puzzle fell right into place --all in HIS time! The waiting and wondering was difficult but I believe it strengthened their whole family and brought them closer to GOD and each other! Prayers for you and your family! What a gift you are giving this baby and what a gift he is to you!! Even now as you wait on the Lord to work all of the details out!

This is so very exciting. I will continue to pray for you.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting on our little grandson playing in the goldfish pond. Oh how we all need to lay down beside still waters and let the Lord minister peace to our soul!!

Blessings.

Hope all goes well with your adoption. I've had many friends who have adopted children, some from Ethiopia.
