{Miscellany Monday}

Miscellany Monday @ lowercase letters

{One} Sick Hubby
 John started coughing yesterday but we assumed it was just allergies, until he spiked a fever last night and feels like throwing up every 5 minutes (hasn't yet, thank goodness.)

{Two} Another first!
 We took Tucker Mareto to church for the very first time last night. He did great! Everyone was so excited to meet him afterward but they were all wonderful about giving us space and just admiring him from a few feet away. He was all smiles and on the way home John said to me, "The best thing we did was to keep him home and sheltered for a month. He felt totally comfortable because we were with him and he trusts us now." Amen! Even though it's hard to miss out on things I know now without a doubt that we are doing the very best thing for our little boy!

{Three} Sleep Deprived
Tucker went to bed 2 hours later than usual because we went to church with him last night. He was all riled up too... so he didn't sleep well... not to mention Daddy was coughing up a lung all night. {one} and {two} combined means that I was up from 1:30am - 6am trying to sooth my son... I've reached a new level of tired this morning. :/

{four} I'm in love
I have a lovely GIANT pink polka dot coffee mug that is my very best friend today. :)

{five} Thanks for making a difference!
I have 13 orders to take to the post office from a fabulous week of sales! Hurray for the Ladd Family who is receiving 50% of all Poppie Lane profit until April 15th!

{six} Still sleep deprived...
I don't remember what six is because of {three} ;)

Happy Monday and Happy Spring!

Tucker is too cute for words, I am so glad that he did well on his first outing. I know that the cacooning part is going to be hard for me once we are finally able to reach it, so it's good to hear that it works and is so worth it. Here is to hoping your husband feels better soon and that you can get some zzzz's.

It was so wonderful to see you and Tucker last night. During church Tilden leaned over and told me with a smile, "Tucker is here!" I looked around and couldn't find you. I asked him how he knew, and he told me that he saw BOTH Mr. John and Ms. Lauren so Tucker MUST be with them:) So cute! He was positive you wouldn't leave him home alone. Hahaha.
